After a pretty rubbish experience with a hr company when renting I was thoroughly chuffed with the service from Tom. From start to finish he was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Andrew and Tom handled the sale of a family property. They are consummate professionals and I would highly recommend them. They know exactly what needs to be done to sell a property; how to communicate effectively with buyers to secure a sale; how to keep property chains on track; and how to bring everything to a successful conclusion. On top of that, they are excellent and timely communicators, and are proactive about keeping their client up-to-date on progress.

We have recently helped our son buy a bungalow in Mile Oak (Bank of Mum & Dad situation) and were initially shown the property by Andrew Green. I was impressed by Andrew's knowledge and professionalism. We have also had several conversations with Tom Ennion, who has proved flawlessly polite, helpful and similarly professional. Despite our solicitors seemingly endless questions and delays, Sinnott Green were unfailingly polite and patient with our situation, although they obviously kept making sure the deal was kept on the boil! Thank you to the team and the vendor for your patience. I have no hesitation in recommending Sinnott Green as a purchaser, and would have no hesitation in using them as a vendor as and when the situation arose.

From the very first contact right through to completion, Andrew and Tom were faultless. When I hit a few bumps that were outside of their control, they guided me, reassured me and were always quick to respond.
