It has been very easy to communicate with all the process from viewing till the exchange and completion l would highly recommend Tom & Andrew at Sinnott Green

Recently bought a property through Sinnott Green. Tom's help, advice and patience was genuinely amazing given how much our buyer was messing the chain (and his vendors) around. If we were ever to sell the house we would be straight on to him. Highly recommended - (never thought I'd say that about an estate agent!).

It really breaks my heart to compliment any estate agent but I have to say that Andrew and Tom did a good job here. They were the agents selling a house in Southwick to us. They were friendly, very active in working with a chain stretching away from their area, and good at keeping us informed. I an happy to recommend them.

I was receommended to Sinnott Green after having very poor customer service with another Letting Agent in Hove. Tom dealt with our let from begnning to end and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and when he said he would do it and made the process of finding me a tenant so easy. I have known Frank and Andrew for around 2 years now as I bought my first property with them back in 2015, they have always been extremely straight forward which I think can be rare within the property business. They always return calls and never leave you waiting for an answer. Frank and Andrew's knowledge of their area is like no other in Portslade - they can tell you Ofsted reports for the schools and give you the honest truth about house prices over the past 20+ years! I have now gone full circle and sold the property they sold me through them and it has been as seamless as the initial purchase. Their fees are competitive and they qualify their buyers extremely well. Tom at Sinnott Green helped us to find the right house for our small family.
