Andrew and Frank were absolutely wonderful throughout. True professionals and nothing was too much trouble for them. I'll definitely return when I'm ready to sell and recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.

Andrew and Frank worked really hard on quite a challenging sale and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Communication was A1 and they certainly earned their money. Would highly recommend Sinnott Green Portslade.

Very patient with what may have been the longest sale and purchase in history. They sold our house within days, when other estate agents had hardly put any viewings through our doors, unfortunately the chain broke on more than one occasion, when they sprung back into action and quickly and efficiently sold it again. They went above and beyond with service and advice, understanding the stress of family life and working around it with viewings. I truly believe they had as many sleepless nights as us over the ups and downs of our very complicated process, but all to a good end, we move on Friday

Tom is a very helpful and reliable person. It took 3 attempts to sell our house and he was with us every step of the way. At times it seems to go on forever as customers are so indecisive nowadays but Tom was very professional throughout and bounced back every time we had a setback and eventually got us to our goal of a sale at a good price. Leslie stood in for Tom when he was a way from the office and she was very helpful and reliable. The agent fees are good i.e. not the highest on the market and you get plenty of support and professionalism for your money.

Lesley initially dealt with us and showed us around the house. She was very friendly and let us take as long as we needed. Tom carried on, helping deal with any questions and liaising on our behalf with the landlords. He was very thorough with the tenancy agreement and dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner.

After walking away from the first property that we saw, Tom helped us secure our first home with minimal fuss and plenty of help. Our first experience of buying has been made all the more less stressful by Tom and his team. I would recommend this estate agent to everyone! Excellent service and thoroughly transparent throughout the process.
